Creative and performing arts (university function)

The Spotlight Players, a completely student-run theatre company, was founded in 2003. This collection, dated from 2004-2017, consists of posters and programs.

Loyola University Maryland student organization records document student organizations for which the archives has only a small amount of records. The collection, dated 1917-2018, consists of business and financial records, correspondence, founding documents, news clippings, posters, programs, and publications.

The Evergreen Quarterly was a publication of student work from the 1940s to the 1960s. This collection consists of issues from 1941-1964.

This collection consists of issues of the student-run newspapers The Greyhound and its precursor the Evergreen Chatter, dated from 1920s to 2014, as well as business and financial records.

Unicorn magazine was a literary publication at Loyola in the 1970s and 1980s. This collection consists of issues from 1971-1985.

Warnings was a student-run magazine which debuted in 2006. This collection consists of issues from 2007-2013.

The Concert Choir began in 1962-63 as the successor to the Glee Club. This collection, dated 1960s-2011, mainly consists of programs.

Damozel is a student-run literary magazine at Notre Dame of Maryland University. This collection consists of issues from 1932-2024. Business and financial records, which include a scrapbook and photographs, dated 1960s-circa 2000.

The Glee Club first met on October 21, 1936, and was the predecessor of the Concert Choir. This collection, dated 1936-1962; 1990, consists of correspondence, membership lists, sheet music, scripts, programs, brochures, news clippings, photographs, and scrapbooks.

Pumpkin Theatre, founded in 1967 by Sister Kathleen Marie Engers, entertained, educated, and engaged children and families through the production and presentation of plays and class offerings. This collection, dated 1963 - 2013, contains scrapbooks, teachers' guides, a script, news clippings, programs, fliers, brochures, and a newsletter.
