Loyola University Maryland student organization records document student organizations for which the archives has only a small amount of records. The collection, dated 1917-2018, consists of business and financial records, correspondence, founding documents, news clippings, posters, programs, and publications.
Arrangement
This collection is arranged alphabetically by the name of the student organization. Each organization has its own series. All series are arranged chronologically.
When an event or publication was a joint effort of several student organizations, the series is the name of the event or publication. This is the case for Chordbusters and The Evergreen Science Journal .
Immediate Source of Acquisition
Materials in this collection were transferred to the Archives by various university offices and individuals affiliated with the university.
