The Sequoia tree with Maryland plaque photograph, circa 1900, consists of an oversized photograph of giant sequoia trees. The middle tree contains a plaque with the word Maryland written in capital letters. At the base of middle tree and surrounding the plaque are two men and one woman who appear to pose for the camera.
