Abstract
The Governance materials series contains minutes and notes from various groups that appear to have either been chaired by the AVP/VPAA or reported to the AVP/VPAA.
General
As several of these groups changed their names over the years, it is not readily apparent if all of these records belong in this series or how they should best be organized to demonstrate how they relate to one another. Therefore, a minimal attempt was made to understand which groups with different names actually served the same purpose, and which subcommittees reported to which larger body. Further investigation is warranted.
