Restricted interviews and interview evaluations, 2001-2004
Scope and Contents
The interviews in this series are designated as restricted because there is no consent form associated with them. In addition, one interviewee requested anonymity and their transcript must be reviewed and redacted before making it publicly accessible. The series also includes evaluations of student interviewers by their interview subjects, and student evaluations of Dr. Barber's "Dynamics of History" course. These evaluations are restricted under FERPA law.

Access is restricted to education records of living students or former students, as defined by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, unless the student or former student grants access in writing. If it is not possible to verify date of death, the student will be assumed to be deceased 80 years after date of graduation, or date of last attendance.
In some cases, oral histories may be restricted by the interviewee, or the lack of a consent form makes the interviewee's wishes unclear. In these cases public access to the interview is restricted.
