The Notre Dame of Maryland oral history collection, 1973-2004, contains interviews and oral histories with individuals affiliated with the university. Some interviews were conducted by students as part of their coursework, while other interviews were conducted by faculty or staff.

This collection is located at the Loyola Notre Dame Library. Contact Archives and Special Collections for more information.

Access is restricted to education records of living students or former students, as defined by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, unless the student or former student grants access in writing. If it is not possible to verify date of death, the student will be assumed to be deceased 80 years after date of graduation, or date of last attendance.

In some cases, oral histories may be restricted by the interviewee, or the lack of a consent form makes the interviewee's wishes unclear. In these cases public access to the interview is restricted.

The Notre Dame of Maryland University oral history collection is the physical property of Archives and Special Collections, Loyola Notre Dame Library. Copyright, except in cases where material has passed into the public domain, belongs to the authors or their legal heirs and assigns.
