Recreation Organization scrapbook, 1940-1957
Scope and Contents
This collection, dated 1930s-1989; 1998, consists of the organization's constitution and bylaws, correspondence, financial ledger, meeting minutes, flyers, programs, and two scrapbooks. The scrapbooks contain news clippings and photographs documenting sports and Sing Song in the 1940s and 1950s. Other events or activities documented in this series include the Blazer Girl award, field day, and Hippocampus, the synchronized swimming group.
