Scope and Contents
Sr. M. Roberta Melchner collected issues of journals with critical studies of Gerard Manley Hopkins’ works. The series also includes a few journals containing materials published by Hopkins during his lifetime.
This series also includes dissertations, typescripts of articles and book galleys donated by Hopkins’ scholars. One scholar, John Pick, was one of Sr. M. Roberta’s thesis advisors as well as author of two studies of Hopkins. He donated scrapbooks of reviews of his work.
