Biographical / Historical

Virginia Duke and Eleanor Duke Storck were sisters. Virginia (Ginny) Coode Duke graduated from College of Notre Dame of Maryland in 1946; and Eleanor Duke Storck graduated from College of Notre Dame of Maryland in 1948. They both majored in French.

Eleanor Duke Storck's maiden name was Eleanor Dorsey Duke. She married Henry E. Storck, Jr.

Virgina Duke worked for the Department of State beginning in 1955. She died on July 13, 1996.
