Scope and Contents
This series, dated 1940s-2013, consists of the organization's bylaws, correspondence, meeting minutes, financial documents, reports, and election handbook and results. The records of the Student Association Board, later known as the Student Government Board, the Inter-organization Council (IOC), and the Apportionment Board can be found in this series.
Documentation about the liquor policy and the on-campus Pub, lists of officers and faculty advisors for student organizations, and a handbook for student organizations also can be found in these records.

This collection is open for research. Folders 22 and 23 in Box 2 are restricted. These folders, dated 1940s-1980s, contain student educational records. Access is restricted to education records of living students or former students, as defined by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, unless the student or former student grants access in writing. If it is not possible to verify date of death, the student will be assumed to be deceased 80 years after date of graduation, or date of last attendance.
