The Evergreen campus sub-series is further arranged by building. Buildings with name changes over the years are listed with a slash between the name changes, and photographs of interior spaces within larger buildings are included with that building's other images (ie. McGuire Hall within the Andrew White Student Center).

The events series documents a variety of college occasions. Included are annual academic and religious events; student, faculty, and administration gatherings; visits to campus by VIPs; and more. There are also oversize events photos in Box 102.

The miscellaneous series contains an array of images that either did not fit into any other category or are in need of further identification.
