The Board subject files series contains reference materials utilized by Board members. These items are arranged chronologically and include reports of the Committee on Evening Division Students, materials from the Development office, and a space utilization report, among other topics.

The Loyola University Maryland Career Center records - circa 1990, circa 2001, 2017-2019 - contain publications, flyers, posters, marketing materials, and an annual report created by the Career Center.

The Loyola University Maryland artwork collection, 1999-2025, contains works of art that were transferred to the archives by various offices and individuals affiliated with the university. The collection consists of a signed 1999 print by Joel Nakamura, an original 2001 artwork by an unknown artist, and fabric banners from the 2025 exhibit We're All Stories.
