The Loyola University Maryland Board of Trustees records reflect the activities of the Board from Loyola's founding in 1853 though 2014. The records include meeting minutes and packets; Board committee materials; strategic planning information; by-laws, rules, and conflict of interest policies; biographical information about trustees; accreditation information; and materials related to the merger with Mount Saint Agnes College and the building of Loyola Notre Dame Library.
