According to its bylaws, Student Academic Affairs Committee (SAAC) "was formed to act as an effective liason between the students, the faculty, and the administration in affairs concerning the academic realm of the college."According to its bylaws, Student Academic Affairs Committee (SAAC) "was formed to act as an effective liaison between the students, the faculty, and the administration in affairs concerning the academic realm of the college." SAAC also aided “in the creation and continuing stimulation of an intellectual atmosphere on campus.” The committee conducted course evaluations, actively participated in Freshman Orientation, aided with registration, and offered tutoring services.
