Biographical / Historical
According to its bylaws, Student Watch Awareness Team (SWAT) was an ongoing team that promoted safety, drugs, and alcohol awareness. The committee promoted programs and education to help the Notre Dame community acquire attitudes, values, and knowledge about safety, drugs, and responsible use of alcohol.
